A professional chef will be at your disposal, preparing gourmet meals fit for a Sultan using the freshest of ingredients. Whether you are in the mood for a grilled fresh lobster or a more fusion creation such as a crème brûlée au foie gras, your senses will be pleasantly tantalized. With the ability to dine inside, aft deck, the fly bridge or even private dining on the beach of a desert island with the waves gently lapping your feet, you will be spoilt for choice.
For every dish that the chef prepares, you will find a complimentary wine from the impressive world class wine collection displayed in the 150 bottle wine display located in the saloon.
And the Sultan’s bar is equally as impressive, especially its signature cocktails ranging from creative and unique flavoured martinis to the more international and world renowned drinks that are served, just right!
All rates are on a full board basis, but you also have the choice of going one better. You can customize your reservation to include all your favourite drinks including the fine wines*.
